Your CHAUTAUQUA group is now ready to accept reservations. The group rate for a standard guest room at $99.00 + tax* per room per night is only available for 05-21-2013 through checkout on 05-25-2013.
Please forward this email to any of attendees; reservations can be made one of three ways:

Guests will have until 05-11-2013 to make reservations. Should reservations be requested after this date or the group block is fully booked prior to 05-11-2013, guests can still contact the hotel for reservations. However, the group rate may no longer be available to your guests. Reservations will be subject to availability and the prevailing rate.
Individuals will be required to provide their credit card information at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 6pm prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled or changed from original arrival date after 6pm prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of one night room and tax for each room that is reserved.
